Happy Mother's Day!

I made a bacon and spinach quiche for my Mama [and myself] this morning! I woke up 2 hours later than I had planned so I was hustling but thankfully it came out better than I had anticipated :9 I used this recipe from Paula Deen but added caramelized onions (if I didn't add this I think it would've been a little 느끼 or too rich), opted for mozzarella and cheddar instead of the swiss, used a frozen pie crust and a lot less bacon and almost the whole pint of cream. Next time, I'm adding jalapenos x)

All of the mozzarella and cheddar kind of floated to the top and created this dark cheesy crust (as you can see), but it was still really good! And easy to make! And... I'm turning into a grandma who blogs about quiche.
